Happy Saturday Freedom Family,

Todays blog post is about what legal steps can be taken when you have been the victim of conservative discrimination by big tech oligarches. I am speaking on this issue today, because I, too am censored on a daily basis. Frankly, I have had enough!! So, I started researching what actions I can take to gain justice.

Legally, there are several steps that can be taken to address concerns about censorship of conservatives:

1. Support and advocate for free speech rights: Engage in efforts to strengthen and protect free speech rights, both online and offline. This may include supporting legislation and legal actions that safeguard the First Amendment.

2. Lobby for policy changes: Work with lawmakers and advocacy groups to push for policies that promote transparency and fairness in content moderation on online platforms.

3. File complaints: If you believe your content has been unfairly censored, explore the platform’s appeals process and file complaints when necessary. Document any instances of censorship as evidence. (Download a copy of your social media content and grab screen shots when you receive a warning or a disciplinary action from said social media platforms).

4. Seek legal advice: In cases where you believe your rights have been violated, consult with legal experts who specialize in free speech and digital rights to explore potential legal action.

5. Promote alternative platforms: Support and promote alternative social media platforms that prioritize free expression and have policies aligning with your conservative values. However, do not leave the platform. When Rosa Parks was told that she had to sit at the back of the bus she took action when she had had enough. She decided that she would sit at the front of the bus. She could have taken the easy way out by not doing anything or just walked instead. No! When something is just wrong we must take action. Nothing changes without someone taking a stand against bullies.

6. Engage in public discourse: Continue to express your views and engage in respectful, constructive debates to raise awareness about censorship issues.

Remember, it’s crucial to stay informed about relevant laws and regulations and collaborate with like-minded individuals and organizations to advocate for your beliefs while respecting the legal framework.

Much love,
